Summer Warning!

It 's finally summer's here: you have the latest exams coming to end, the holidays are approaching for all and in a previous post we learned to choose our ideal swimsuit.
What is missing then? All the important things for the beach are taken care, now I'll talk at length about outfits for the party and how to prepare your suitcase .... WELL NO!

Many men, especially many younger guys when it comes to hit the beach, once you have chosen your swimsuit, a spare one and grabbed the first towel around, believe they are ready: instead they forget one of the most important things when meeting the scorching summer sun.

Sunscreens and the various protections against UV rays.

'HA HA HA' certainly you will be commenting 'those things are girly! I am a strong man full of melanin and I almost never brunt! I do not need those sticky creams ! '

Lend me a second club of your Paleolithic man and let me smash that on the head.

When you are splattered in the sun without protection like boeotians not only you risk getting burnt like a shrimp in olive oil, but you risk the appearance of moles fabulous, which are nothing more than benign tumors of the skin (which may worsen, so yay!) and catch a nice melanoma that, gays and gentlemen if not treated "has plenty of time to create vascular bed and attack its lymph nodes and nearby organs: these actions are then leads to cancer," citing my doctor of confidence or as I call it an alien attack murderess.

Eccolo, il cucciolo di alien!
Here it is, the baby alien!

Now, in the coast of Australia, where are swarming with surfers, is the most common cancer between 15 and 44 years and in Italy is increasing especially in men under the age of 44 where instead decreases in women.
There are many projects that are trying to inculcate prevention in Italian beaches (My Skin Check is just finished by La Roche-Posay and ADOI, while in the water parks now has started Benvenuto Sole by Pierre Fabre Group) but I thought it best to lay it on thick too frightening you for good and recommending Male-friendly sunscreens.

Did you know that the best sunblock are created to protect sportsmen and especially the male ones? Well now you do! And many sunscreen I will propose are wet skin, or are dry (non-oily and not sticky) to be put on just out of the water and are water resistant so you can splash back into water without thoughts. And some are sprays because many of you are lazy.

But so am I, so I understand.

Another pep talk is the price: the most expensive runs on 33 euro, but they just get cheaper and you know what? IT'S A UNIQUE EXPENSE FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF YOUR SUMMER!

So make the effort and do not be stingy,  unfortunately you get the quality you pay for, but instead of stealing the scented and certainly inadequate sunblock of your best friend / sister / girlfriend, now that you are going to protect yourself, do it with products designed and manufactured specifically for you and your body.
Invisible Mist Wet Skin Application SPF 15 (33€)

Spray abbronzante Idratante Spf 10 Collistar (27€)

LANCASTER anti-sunburn protective mist quick & dry spf15 (24,95€)
  • LATTE SPRAY L'OREAL SUBLIME SUN NON APPICCICOSO IP 15 (17€)
Wet skin sun spray spf 15 Piz Buin (17€)

And if you burn all the same, refresh yourself with Silk Hydration by Hawaiian Tropic After Sun, soothing effect ice for 15 €.

Allora, spaventati abbastanza?
Well then, scared enough?
